Our Founder
An expert in transportation and logistics, supply chain management, marketing, and planning, Jonathan Gilbert has over nineteen years of experience in improving service, building revenue, increasing efficiency, and integrating new technologies in diverse industries.
Before founding the Gilbert Group, Mr. Gilbert served as Vice President, Logistics and Planning for NuCO2 of Stuart, Florida. In that role, he was responsible for all forecasting, planning, and scheduling of product delivery and field service. NuCO2 (Nasdaq: NUCO) is a $70 million national supplier of beverage carbonation services and CO2 to the food service industry.
Prior to joining NuCO2, Mr. Gilbert built his career in logistics, supply chain management, marketing, and planning with significant leadership positions at MF Electronics, BOC Group, and Pyle Corporation in the metropolitan New York City area. Mr. Gilbert has substantial management experience in turnaround, ramp-up, re-engineering, and downsizing environments.
Mr. Gilbert holds a B.S. from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
