Marketing Strategy Development for Truckload Carrier
Gilbert Group assessed opportunities for growth and helped develop a
marketing strategy for a Palm Beach County-based truckload carrier.
Our project delivery included an analysis of new commodities that could be
handled by lane, capacity measurement, and an operational review.
We found that there were substantial opportunities to increase this
client's business by adding additional brokers to their staff and finding
more leased drivers to grow capacity. We also recommended
investing in carrier management software to better track loads and manage
payables and receivables.
